Following the announcement made by Psyonix this morning regarding the disciplinary action issued to Requiem & Decka, RL Oceania has come to a decision to follow suit in the aforementioned disciplinary action.
Requiem will be permanently banned from all RL Oceania operated events, effective immediately. Decka will receive a ban from all RL Oceania operated events for a duration of two years, expiring on the 30th of October, 2023.
This decision does not come lightly, however their actions do not fall in line with the behaviour we aim to encourage within our community. We will always aim to create a healthy and welcoming environment at RL Oceania. We will never condone abusive behaviour and harrasmnent.
In conclusion, we do not condone or approve of such actions in our esport and in our region. Furthermore, we fully support the decision that was made by Psyonix regarding this issue.
