Rankings

1 - Legacy eSports
Soma, Eren, GroovyGrape, Penor | Nil movement
Legacy didn't play too much this week. With enigma filling in for them for rOCEt LAN, they managed to qualify, but only in third seed position, and in the CPC Qualifiers to go on to vs SAM they took down Corvidae to Qualify. With the lack of strong results by the teams below them, and while still coming off a big week, they are still holding onto their position comfortably, but with the ESL Monthly and CPC coming up, we'll get to see if they are still the dominant team in the region. - yumi_cheeseman

2 - Athletico
Bango, SnarfSnarf, Montyconnor | + 1
Athletico and Abyss are having a close contest for #2 right now. Athletico made a solid showing this week by winning the HYPE tournament, taking down Corvidae in the Grand Final, as well as qualifying for the rOCEt LAN. Their performance in rOCEt was shaky at best, but they managed to pull it out and come through as the 4th seed. They are going to be hoping to really improve their performance though, as right now they are still quite a way off from Legacy, and will need to get in some solid practice time before LAN on the 26th. - yumi_cheeseman

3 - Abyss eSports Club
Express, Addzey, Cyrix, Debat, Dumpling | - 1
It feels to me like Abyss have a little bit of the iBP syndrome. When they were in their element on the LAN stage, they looked so strong, but this week they've gone back to their shaky ways with close losses to Athletico and Alpha Sydney dashing their chances in HYPE and ESL respectively. Things do look on the rise for them though, as they appear to be playing with more confidence, and have been putting in some great practice time. A solid week coming up will lead them to taking back the number 2 position very quickly, and They'll have the chance to prove themselves in both the Sennheiser Semis and the CPC against SAM teams. - yumi_cheeseman

4 - Alpha Sydney
Jake the Tyrant, Drippay, Torsos | Nil movement
Alpha Sydney have started proving their consistency. While it was a bit of a relaxing week for them, they did qualify for the Sennheiser Semi Finals, and took down Abyss in ESL Weekly to go into the Grand Final. It does however feel that Alpha Sydney are still unable to touch Legacy at this point, and will really need to start figuring them out. This on top of some new teams coming in to shake things up leave me hoping that they are able to perform strongly going into this week. - yumi_cheeseman

5 - Corvidae
Siki, Daze, Plitz, Ssteve | Nil movement
There's little doubt with Daisu leaving it's changed the team's dynamic and it will take some time to find their feet, or wheels if you will. There is however no doubt that Plitz is capable of filling the void. They're showing signs of gelling together, going 2-0 twice against Legacy this week but still showing room for improvement going 0-3 to ex-Gameroos. With a multitude of big tournaments coming up they will have many chances to grow even more and fight for the 4th spot. - n0lsk1

6 - FuroX
Untouchable_Gilly, Dreameh, Zepsy, 0veerbluee | Nil movement
FuroX have been feeling the lose of 0veerbluee this week, as he has been travelling oversees. While this is happening Untouchable Gilly has been doing an admirable job replacing him, but they aren't getting the kind of wins needed to climb into that top 5. They have managed to qualify for both Sennheiser and CPCCC, so they will be looking forward to those tournaments and when 0veerbluee comes back, I hope to see them striving hard to climbing further. - yumi_cheeseman

7 - Serenity
Fachy, Kia, Snowy, Seniaz | Nil movement
Serenity came in hot, but this week was a bit of a quiet one. After a great win against FuroX in Mockit, they went on to lose to them in the Sennheiser Classic Qualifier 1 in a close match which means they miss out on the semi finals. That being said, they've been able to challenge that top 5 and are consistently getting games of them within series. As a new team they should take this as a sign to keep practicing hard and work towards the slow climb. - yumi_cheeseman

8 - Blitzkrieg
WaterBlitz, Triggsy, Whitewolf | + 1
Slowly but surely Blitzkrieg are cementing themselves in the top 10. After a long hiatus they have returned to reclaim their place, but at this stage it's unclear if they have returned stronger than before. They are able to lay waste to pick up teams but are struggling to perform against team line ups with strong cores. If they keep practicing and grinding out results they will have a firm chance of restoring their former glory and perhaps climb even higher. - n0lsk1

9 - Scarabae
Justice Robo, Wolfeeyyy, BlakeIV | New!
Scarabae (a.k.a. ScarBee) has been around for a while, but since they haven't quite stuck onto a final roster, the power rankings committee were unable to determine where they lay amongst the other teams in the region. With some impressive wins against Blitzkrieg, Phoenix Gaming, Prodigy and Infinity, they've certainly showed some really solid results that show that they belong in the top 10. Most impressively, they qualified into the top 8 teams to vs the SAM region later in the month. They still haven't showed up big against any of the top teams, but this week will be really telling. Needless to say, everyone is really looking forward to what this ScarBee team can do! - yumi_cheeseman

10 - Team Reticent
CJM, ZeN, PanzerShrek, Arcus | - 2
Reticent has been performing regularly, keeping the same core line up and has been getting consistent results, but with new teams coming in strong, they fell 2 places. While they still have plenty of room to grow, they're staying in the top 10 because they show up for every tournament, and consistently beat the mid/lower level teams. This week their only notable scalps were Phoenix Gaming and Infinity, but it just seems they keep losing to the teams in the top 5. As long as Reticent keep working at it, they'll see the fruits of their labour, and I'll be watching to see if they get to compete against some of the teams sitting just above them and make that climb once more. - yumi_cheeseman
